Tips to Reduce Fat in the Face

Everyone has the size and shape of the body is different, but in terms of the chubby cheeks and double chin, it all turned out because of our own.


Indeed, no special exercise to remove fat in certain body parts, but if you do these things in everyday life, you could have cut the fat throughout the body, including the face.

- Reduce sugar and salt
There is a simple way to change the body instantly, ie, limit the intake of sugar and salt. When you eat too much sugar and salt, then the body will save a lot of excess water. Therefore, if we restrict both of them, the body will naturally reduce weight.

- Change cardio
If you seriously want to reduce fat in all parts of the body, then multiply the portion of cardio exercises. At least you have to do 60 minutes of exercise sessions five times a week so that the change is more visible.

Avoid doing one type of cardio exercise alone, but combined with interval training because it has the effect of burning calories for longer, even after we finished practicing.

- Change your diet
You can only do long hours of cardio and lifting weights, but if your diet does not change the real difference will not be visible in the face.

Limit processed foods, follow the rules of clean-eating diet, and if you already feel full, put a spoon and stop eating.

- Drink enough water
Drinking enough water will make the stomach feel full, relieve headaches, and also suppress hunger. Additionally, hydrated also makes the skin more moist, and even increase your metabolism.

- Getting enough sleep
Sleep can reset our body, increase endurance, and balance hormones. Least 7 hours of sleep every night to get optimal energy and fat burning.
